In these terms and conditions, the following terms are defined as:

• The Service: The online authentication and registration service offered via auth.seafeatherestate.com, which allows users to access the linked project website.
• User: A natural person who uses the Service.

Article 2 - Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to the use of the Service.

Article 3 - Purpose of the Service

The Service enables Users to register and log in via Google or email address. After successful authentication, the User is redirected to the external project website.

Note: Sixtyseven is not responsible for the content, operation, or terms of the project website you log into. The administrator of the respective website is responsible for this.

Article 4 - Use of the Service

• Registration is voluntary but required to gain access to the project website.
• Users must provide correct and current information during registration.
• The Service is intended solely for use in the context of accessing project websites that collaborate with Sixtyseven.

Article 5 - Responsibility and liability

• Sixtyseven provides the Service "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Sixtyseven is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service or the project website to which access is granted.
• The responsibility for the processing of personal data and the content on the project website lies with the respective administrators of the website.

Article 6 - Account deletion

Users can delete their account at any time via auth.seafeatherestate.com. This will remove the data registered in the Service.

Article 7 - Changes to the terms

Sixtyseven reserves the right to modify these terms. The most current version is always available via auth.seafeatherestate.com.

Article 8 - Applicable law

These terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Sixtyseven is located.
